A Minimalist Space for Modern Living

The homeowner - a young professional who lives alone - envisioned a home that would embody simplicity, calm, and order. With a busy lifestyle and an appreciation for aesthetics, he wanted a space that felt soothing yet efficient; one that worked for him, not the other way around.

Renowerkz embraced this brief with a Japandi-inspired concept, merging Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian warmth. Natural wood textures, muted palettes, and soft lighting create a sense of calm, a visual reminder to slow down at the end of each day.

Where Smart Living Meets Serenity

To complement the tranquil interior, OSL designed an end-to-end smart home system tailored to both the apartment’s layout and the homeowner’s lifestyle. Every feature, from lighting and air conditioning to curtains and entertainment, was integrated seamlessly creating a smart ecosystem that remains subtle and invisible to the eye.

Smart lighting scenes were carefully programmed to align with daily routines:

• Good Morning Mode: gentle, natural brightness that eases the transition from rest to activity.

• Movie Night Scene: warm, dimmed tones paired with automatic curtain closure for an immersive viewing experience.

• Goodnight Scene: all lights fade out, curtains draw, and air-conditioning shifts to sleep mode - all with a single voice command.

Intelligent Comfort in Every Detail

The smart curtain system operates automatically throughout the day, regulating light and privacy. Integrated air-conditioning ensures energy efficiency while maintaining the ideal indoor climate. Through voice and app control, the homeowner can manage the entire apartment effortlessly, whether at home or away.

The kitchen was upgraded for smarter living. It features smart lighting, motion and temperature sensors, water-leak detection, and remote or timer-based controls - creating a safe, convenient, and enjoyable cooking experience every day.
